Hybrid Approach

A Unique Approach to Support Your Domestic Church

JPII Prep partners with parents through a 3-days-on-campus / 2-days-at-home schedule—so students get expert instruction and real family time, without losing academic rigor.

The Value

Why Hybrid?

We believe that parents are the primary educators of their children. Our hybrid model is designed to support that role, not replace it.

By blending professional classroom instruction with home-based study, we offer a **rigorous classical education** that respects family life. Students receive expert teaching in core subjects while enjoying the flexibility to learn at their own pace and pursue extracurricular interests on home days.

At Home

What happens on home days?

Home days are not "off" days—they are essential to the learning process. The coursework is clearly mapped out by the classroom teachers, providing parents with a structured plan to follow.

  • Assignments: Students work on practice problems, reading, writing assignments, and long-term projects initiated in class.
  • Parent Role: Parents act as co-teachers, monitoring progress, proctoring tests, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
  • Feedback: Teachers grade all work (both school and home) and provide regular feedback, so parents aren't burdened with grading responsibilities.

Parents as Co-Teachers

This model returns to families the gift of time.

By reclaiming two days a week, families can strengthen their "domestic church" in concrete ways. Whether it's attending daily Mass together, serving at a local food bank on a Friday morning, or simply having a slow breakfast without the rush, the hybrid model allows faith to be lived out naturally in the rhythm of daily life.
