At John Paul II Preparatory School, we are committed to cultivating an environment of academic rigor and intellectual curiosity. It is with immense pride that we celebrate the outstanding achievements of two of our 11th-grade students who have demonstrated remarkable academic talent on a national level. JPII proudly congratulates Gianna Puthoff and Cameron Robinson for scoring in the top 10% nationwide on their respective standardized college entrance exams!

A Standard of Excellence

Achieving a score in the top 10% of all test-takers across the country is a significant accomplishment. It reflects not only a student’s mastery of core subjects but also their dedication, critical thinking skills, and readiness for higher education.

  • Gianna Puthoff earned her top score on the Classic Learning Test (CLT), an alternative to the SAT and ACT that assesses reading, grammar, and mathematical reasoning through passages drawn from classic literary and philosophical texts. A high score on the CLT is a testament to a student’s deep engagement with foundational intellectual traditions.
  • Cameron Robinson distinguished himself on the ACT (American College Testing), one of the nation’s leading college entrance exams. The ACT measures high school students’ readiness for college-level work in English, mathematics, reading, and science. Cameron’s exceptional score places him among the top young scholars in the United States.

A Testament to Hard Work and Dedication

These outstanding results are a direct reflection of Gianna’s and Cameron’s hard work and commitment to their studies. Their success is also a wonderful example of the rigorous academic preparation provided here at JPII, where our passionate faculty and challenging curriculum empower students to reach their full potential.

Please join us in offering a heartfelt congratulations to both of these incredible students. Job well done, Gianna and Cameron! The entire JPII community is proud of you and looks forward to seeing all that you will accomplish in the future.
